with any questions. Entries must be postmarked by February 12, 2024 or may be turned in at the meeting on February 12th at 7 p.m. at the Cowboy Church of Ellis County. Each contestant is required to sell a minimum of $250 in banners or sponsorships. Banner sales are due by March 3rd and sponsorships by March 17th.
